A STELLAR Stay!

I was very happy with the room size. It included a separate sitting area. THE cleanliness was perfect, and I found many useful facilities. I especially liked the view of the Christmas tree from my room. The breakfast buffet had many options, and that set me up well for exploring.
the reception check-in felt a LITTLE cold. I arrived late, and the staff seemed a little zoned out.

the staff was super friendly and efficient. i really liked the fast check-in. i was upgraded to a suite to celebrate my anniversary! the hotel had a fresh, new smell and the room was spacious with great amenities.
the minibar prices were a little high.

the hotel sits right across from the city hall. this provides easy access to main attractions! the metro station nearby offers convenient transportation, i loved the walkable distance to santa catarina street and many restaurants.

the rooms were spacious and clean! i enjoyed a beautiful view of the clock tower from my window. i noticed the bathroom was modern, i really appreciated how silent the room was, street noise wasn't an issue.

the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. one staff member even managed to find a piece of jewelry i lost. they sent it all the way back to canada! it was impressive!

The location was good I must admit.
I did ask for a quiet room and got one right above some noisy place. The noise coming from what I think was some nightclub went on until about four in the morning. The hotel did not have soundproofing so it was hard to rest.

the location was convenient to many attractions and public transport.
I encountered issues with the room's spot lights. They switched on randomly during the night, repeatedly waking me. i also noticed ants in the bed, unpleasant.. the average breakfast did little to improve the stay.
